Why should I use your services?

You should use our services to maximize your insurance benefits, relieve yourself of stress and free up your time.

How do you charge for your services?

We charge a fee only on the savings our professionals are able to achieve. Furthermore, we don’t charge anything unless we can get you a minimum of 10% reduction on your bill.

Will my credit card be used to pay the healthcare provider?

We will not charge your credit card for the medical bill. When we have completed our discussion with your healthcare provider, we will advise you of the lower amount that you owe. You can then pay this bill as you see fit.

When do you charge my credit card for your services and when must I pay the healthcare provider?

We charge your credit card on the day that we have confirmed a lower medical bill. Generally speaking, your healthcare provider will expect your payment within 2-4 weeks.

How do I get started?

Simply sign up with Medical Bill Helper and provide us with the information requested. It takes no more than 5 minutes and all of the information requested can be found on your bill. We don’t need you to fax us the bill or provide any specific health information to us. The amount of medical information that we need is limited to dates, bill amounts and your comments. We do not require details about your medical condition.

Who will negotiate my claim?

Our customers will be represented by full-time professionally trained negotiators, who also represent major insurers in reducing their claims. Because of their extensive training and knowledge of the industry, you can be certain that your negotiations will be handled in a professional and collaborative manner.

Is there a minimum medical bill amount?

Yes, the balance due amount must be at least $300.

Must I sign a Medical Records Release?

Normally, we do not need a signed (paper) copy of a Medical Records Release. But occassionally a healthcare provider does ask for a paper copy prior to negotiating a claim. In this situation, we will contact you. You can download this document , print, sign and mail it back to us.
